Together we select a Salesforce project your team needs (a new or improved functionality):

Coaching

After your team member(s) are onboarded, I facilitate weekly 1-hour coaching sessions with them to build deeper Salesforce skills:

• Technical building from data modeling, user interface design, reports & dashboards creation, to tool integration

​

• User adoption from leading user testing, training & support, to user documentation

​

• Project management from scoping, task  estimation & management, to strategic priority setting
